Native Grass Lawn Mix -
Our native grass lawn mix is designed to be low growing with extremely low water needs and resistant to foot traffic.
For Southern Alberta and Saskatchewan, the mix consists of Blue Grama, Junegrass, and Sandberg’s Bluegrass
For Northern Alberta, Northern Saskatchewan, and Manitoba the mix consists of Blue Grama, Junegrass, and Rocky Mountain Fescue.
Native Grass and Wildflower Lawn Mix -
Same as the lawn mix above, but with additional low growing wildflowers that will attract pollinators and provide great habitat for a whole ecosystem. We recommend mowing once or twice per season, before plants have bloomed or after they have set seed to keep the lawn short and soft on your feet.
This mix includes prairie crocus, prairie smoke, yarrow, pussytoes, and showy locoweed.
